your Playstation Visa

Most people would probably opt for a generic blue or silver credit card and rack up the sky miles or cash back rewards, but in case you wanted to show your PlayStation allegiance to every waitress, clothing store, and webcam companion that you secretly suspect to prefer Microsoft or Nintendo brands, this PlayStation Visa is ready to be sued while tallying up Sony rewards points in the process.

Seriously though, signing up for the card will save you $150 off a PS3 from now until December 31st. So that’s at least a little enticing.

Even more enticing is that after you get that new PS3 you can get on WorldGaming and start winning some damn money with your skills, so go get that new plastic and start charging things!

We all know that the PS3 is built like a Navy battleship while the 360 will crumble in your hand like flower.

But how do the Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360 stand up to one another when two guys smash the living shit out of each machine?

I won’t spoil it for you…enjoy!

So it’s out and if you don’t have it, what are you waiting for?!?!?#?$#?%?&^?*

Ok, I’m only kidding…kinda.

We were luck enough to pick up a few copies of the new installment early yesterday for both the 360 and the PS3 and I haven’t really put it down other than to piss, shit, eat and get a few hours of sleep. The game really is phenomenal and it gets better every year.

Here are some of my early impressions… Continue reading my early Madden impressions

Dustin Waller thought he was a pretty lucky guy. He had a fiancee who actually didn’t mind that he spent time playing video games instead of attending to her all day and night. She even bought him a PS3.

What a schmuck! Because before he knew it the police knocked on his door and informed Waller that they’d tracked his stolen PS3 through the internet. What a bitch!%#$^# (OK, she actually didn’t steal the console but it would have been a better story if she did).

Apparently the system was bought at a local pawn shop and Waller, unaware of how the PlayStation 3 worked, assumed that the account already on the system was automatically generated. So he’d been logging in under someone else’s name. That someone had recently reported their console stolen.

The police (I’d assume Sony helped them) tracked Waller’s IP, found the address of the PS3 and took his system. We’ve all heard the stories about Microsoft aiding authorities to tracking Xbox LIVE threats and other small petty theft, but we’ve never heard of busting anyone through PSN.

Word to the wise…crime doesn’t pay kiddies!
